Are you passionate about coffee and customer service? We are looking for a Cafe Manager to oversee daily café operations and maintain our high standards of quality, service, and cleanliness. As the head of the cafe, you’ll ensure exceptional coffee, delicious food, and a welcoming atmosphere for all customers.
Key Responsibilities: - Master coffee making, including latte art and espresso dialing - Deliver outstanding customer service in a busy, fast-paced environment - Oversee café inventory, manage orders, and minimize waste - Prepare and bake pastries, sandwiches and other food items according to company recipes, ensuring fresh, beautifully presented goods - Lead a team, training new baristas, and communicating tasks effectively - Compile reports on café sales, operations, and inventory to share with the store manager - Ensure café cleanliness, health, and safety standards are maintained
