About the Role
An exciting new opportunity has arisen to join the team at La Marzocco UK & Ireland; we are looking for a new After Sales Manager, an inspiring leader, and experienced engineer of coffee equipment. The After Sales Manager works closely with our Approved Network of independent engineers, as well as with resellers and in-house technicians helping to build stronger relationships and supporting them in the marketplace. Reporting to the Managing Director, works within the After Sales team to lead in the planning, execution, and optimisation of our partner supporting strategy. This role is busy and demanding, requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, excellent time management skills and ability to work under pressure. Work collaboratively with all departments to capitalise on every opportunity to support existing and new partners, as well as consumers. While building an outstanding product technical knowledge, demonstrate excellent interpersonal and analytical skills. The ideal candidate will have a strong background as an engineer, great leadership skills, passion for specialty coffee and understanding of the hospitality industry. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills, and a passion for developing people and relationships. You will also have a valid UK driving license and a full passport. This position is available immediately, initially offered on a 6-month probation period.
