🐭 WHO ARE WE? Mouse Tail Coffee started as a little coffee van back in 2013. These days, we’ve got six shops across London (hey Borough, Deptford, Whitechapel, Canada Water and now FENCHURCH STREET👋), our own bakery in Deptford, and our sister roastery - Hey Mission Coffee Works! 🧡
We’re a small but mighty team with big dreams, delicious pastries, and more cinny buns than we can count. We take our coffee seriously, but not ourselves.

Baristas (full time or part time)
Basically, people who:
Smile lots, BIG TICK!
Say “yes!” more than “nope.”
Love chatting to customers
Can keep their space clean, calm and caffeinated
Experience is great, but attitude is everything. If you’re friendly, reliable, and keen to learn — we’ll teach you the rest.
