About You: You’re a natural leader who knows how to get the best out of people — whether that’s motivating your team, delighting regulars, or smashing daily targets. You’ve got high standards, an eye for detail, and a knack for running an organised, energetic shop without losing your sense of humour. 3 years leadership experience is essential!
In a nutshell, you are:
An experienced manager (hospitality background essential — coffee shop experience a big plus!)
Passionate about coffee, food, people and service
A hands-on leader who isn’t afraid to jump on the machine or get stuck in on a busy day
Commercially sharp — you know your P&Ls from your flat whites
Organised, reliable, and proactive — you keep operations smooth, clean, and compliant
Warm, approachable, and able to build strong teams and loyal customer bases
The job:
Lead and inspire your team to deliver an amazing customer experience every day
Manage stock, ordering, cash handling, and shift planning
Drive sales and profitability while maintaining top-quality standards
Recruit, train, and develop your dream team
