KURO COFFEE is looking for a Head Barista, the right candidate will lead the café’s coffee operations, ensuring high-quality drinks and exceptional customer experiences. This role involves training baristas, maintaining coffee equipment, and fostering a welcoming environment for customers. The Head Barista also collaborates with our management to improve processes, manage inventory, and uphold café standards.
