Installation, servicing, repair of traditional espresso machines, hot water boilers and coffee grinders.
Refurbishing coffee machines at workshop in preparation for sale and install.
Carry out certified boiler inspections (Training will be provided)
Maintain a high standard of customer service and relationship building with all customers encountered.
Speak with customers over the phone and email to resolve queries.
Independently manage your day to day jobs, parts and administration.
Identify business development opportunities where possible
Conduct barista training sessions by appointment
Maintaining a work vehicle and safely driving between jobs.
