We are looking for an experienced Manager to manage our new coffee shop, located in Quadrant Arcade, Piccadilly. Compane is a specialty coffee shop located in Princes Arcade & Camden Passage. Subsequent to the successful launch of our first two coffee shops, we are now looking to open a flagship in Quadrant Arcade in the summer of 2025.
We are looking for someone to take full ownership of the café and treat it like their own. This includes, recruitment, being the contact person, managing deliveries, rota management, staff training and day to day operations.
The successful applicant will have to be driven, welcoming, organised and be a real operator.
